I had the best time shooting my nephew for his first birthday!! My sister is home in Florida while her hubby is deployed so we got to spend his birthday together. This is my second indoor shoot with a little "makeshift" studio. It was a challenge but so much fun! He was not the biggest fan of getting covered in cake but it was our attempt at a cake "smash" :) Enjoy!!
My name is Nina Russo and I am an aspiring photographer. Photography is something I was always interested in but got serious about it in 2008 when I received my first Digital SLR camera as a gift. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion for creating art with my camera. Photographs have always been a cherished possession for me and I want to create these captured memories for others. Right now I am practicing and learning as much as I can. I would love to do a free photo shoot for you or someone you know. Just contact me for more info! (ninaruphoto@gmail.com) Hope you enjoy this little space for me to show off my photos!!

These pictures are so yummy!!!! You already know how much I love that first one, my favorite!!! What a beautiful testament to your nephew on his first birthday, it's that much sweeter now that I've spent a few minutes and come to know his super smiley personality. :D
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful and I am still in awe of the makeshift studio you were able to make in the entryway of your home! I have to say the cake smash pictures get me every time, they are awesome! The lighting looks amazing and I love the reflections coming off the Plexiglas.
Awesome job lady!! I especially love the final picture... :D
Thank you so much Jackie!! The first one is my favorite too!! I love the "popped" collar. :) I had so much fun shooting with you while you were here. Can't wait to do it again!
